24 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Clients who give less than 24 hours notice for a cancelled appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Clients who miss an appointment with no notice will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Clients who arrive to their appointment with symptoms of any illness will be denied treatment and charged the full appointment fee.
Infection Prevention Protocols
You are no longer be required to wear a mask to your appointment in most cases. You are, of course, more than welcome to continue to wear your mask if you choose. Please carefully read the information below:

If you have symptoms of any illness please reschedule your appointment. Please do not come into the office if you are feeling unwell, regardless of your vaccine status or Covid test results. Clients who arrive to their appointment with symptoms of any illness will be denied treatment and charged the full appointment fee

If you are feeling well but a household member or close contact has symptoms of any illness or has tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 7 days, you may attend your appointment but please wear a mask. This will also apply regardless of vaccine status or Covid test results.
